Product categories/production fields for which the MATRIX® family is intended
CLINKER
This is the field in which most Matrix® is used, and it is also the “traditional” field of its use.
It has been used for almost ten years now, together with other natural and non-natural raw materials, as a component of the powder (the finely ground raw material) that is baked in cement kilns at about 1500 °C to produce clinker.

PREPACKAGED CONCRETE
Pre-packaged concrete is a conglomerate obtained by mixing cement (usually with the addition of additives), coarse and fine aggregate (gravel, fine gravel, sand) and water. The main feature of concrete is its class of resistance, enabling it to be used in constructions on the basis of its compression strength.

PRODUCTION OF BITUMINOUS CONGLOMERATE
Bituminous conglomerate is an artificial mixture consisting of an assortment of aggregates and an alloying agent of the bituminous type. It is used as a rule to make carriageable surfaces (roads, runways, etc.). It is produced in special systems in which the components are mixed at a high temperature (about 150°C). The aggregates consist, generally speaking, of sand, grit and gravel extracted from quarries or obtained by crushing rocks.
